Step 1: Consultation & Needs Assessment
We begin with an in-depth discussion to understand your brand identity, operational environment, and the specific functional requirements of your team. We define the scope, budget, and timeline for your custom apparel program.
Step 2: Design & Material Selection
Our design team presents initial concepts and mood boards. You select from our curated library of performance and luxury fabrics, ensuring the materials meet both aesthetic and durability standards.
Step 3: Pattern Creation & Sizing
We create a unique master pattern for your program. For individual bespoke pieces, we take precise measurements and conduct digital body scans to ensure an unparalleled fit for every member of your team.
Step 4: Prototype & Fitting
A prototype garment is produced for final review and fitting. This stage allows for critical adjustments to ensure comfort, movement, and the perfect drape before full production begins.
Step 5: Production & Quality Control
Full-scale production commences in our ethically certified facilities. Each garment undergoes rigorous, multi-stage quality control checks, including hand-finishing, to meet our exacting standards.
Step 6: Management & Distribution
The finished apparel is integrated into our Apparel Management system for inventory, storage, and distribution. We ensure seamless delivery, re-ordering, and long-term program maintenance.
